Observation: Large amounts of foods (pastries, meats, pickled foods) in the upright freezers and upright cooler were found in the facility without labels and packaging such as zipper seal bags, plastic containers with packaging tape, take out clamshell containers with tape. This is a reoccurring violation.
Corrective Action(s): All foods sold in the facility must be from approved sources. All foods which are repacked must have the name of the product along with any contact information and storage information.

-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezers was at -16C/-16C.
-Back packaging area handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-Facility has been issued a Public Health Act Correction Order. Failure to comply with the requirement of the Order may result in the issuance of a violation ticket.
