Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rubber bands for closing hot food boxes being stored in dirty container.
Corrective Action(s): Discard dirty rubber bands and clean and sanitize the container before refilling. Make sure that this container is cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis or more often if visible debris is present.

Observation: Package of shredded cheese under bottom shelf in chicken cooler, baby bell and Tres Stella cheese under bottom shelf of deli cooler, back shelf of chicken roaster is full of food debris/waste.

Refrigerator temperatures meet requirements, dishware manually sanitized in 200 ppm quaternary ammonium, sanitizer bottles are readily available, no indications of insect or rodent infestation.
