- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezer operating below -18'C.
- Front bar area is satisfactory.
- Glasswasher achieved the minimum level of chlorine (50ppm) after final rinse.
- General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- Ice machine is ok, ice scoop is in clean container above machine

*** Ensure to lable all cooked foods in cooler with date of preparation - max 2-3 days storage
***Ensure to use shallow metal container for cooking cooked rice ( noted cooked herbed fava bean rice in large plastic buss pan)
