Follow up inspection conducted as a result of food items found at facility without labels, product information or proper invoices.
No invoices were able to be supplied by owner.
Owner claims he tried to contact supplier but supplier has shut down business.
As a result the food items placed on HOLD on April 17, 2020, 2 trays of "cheese" in zipper baggies, were discarded today during the inspection.
Correction Order rescinded.
All food items for sale at the Seven Days Seafood And Grocery MUST be from an approved source. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure all products sold at the Seven Days Seafood and Grocery have been produced at a facility that is inspected by a Government agency. Failure to ensure all products sold at the Seven Days Seafood And Grocery are from an approved source will result in future FINES.
