- Ensure to cover food items that do not have protective shell/ peels. These include dried scallops, dried squid, walnuts, dried shrimp etc.

- Slide door cooler at 4C or below.
- Freezer at -18C or below.
- Bleach available for disinfection. Ensure to mix 1 tbsp of bleach with 1 gallon of water to make 200ppm chlorine sanitizer. Mixing was demonstrated with manager on duty.
- Handsink is fully equipped.
- Invoices are checked - some invoices were not available upon request - ensure to keep copies of invoices for future inspection.
- No extra storage space in parkade.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection. *Install new insect monitor under the fridge. Snap traps appear out of order - ensure they are set properly.
