Observation: Floor tiles observed to be missing/damaged in front of of the dishwasher as well as in front of the food preparation area opposite the grill. This is an outstanding item listed in the report on March 30, 2023.
2 Aroborite counters observed damaged in food prep area in front of the grill. This is an outstanding item listed in the report on March 30, 2023.
One light fixture observed not working inside the walk in cooler
Hand sink drain piping damaged in back area. Staff have access to adjacent 2 compartment sink
Water leak observed on floor adjacent to sandwich prep cooler in grill area
Corrective Action(s): Replace damaged floor tiles.
Replace damaged arborite counters. Recommend stainless steel
Replace burned out bulb in the walk in cooler. Recommend installing LED track lighting to provide better illumination.
Repair drain piping at hand sink
