Corrective Action(s): The following items were determined to be from approved sources and are released to the operator: - Gundpak - Montha - Badam Pak - Bundi - Parra No receipts were provided for the following items and must be removed from the premises by closing today at 19:00: - frozen habanero pili pili sauce - "Taste of Pakistan" Gajar Ka Halwa (1lb containers) - "Taste of Pakistan" Shahi Rabri (1lb containers) - frozen garlic in a Ziploc bag - "habzi" (in white plastic container) - meatballs (packages of 4) - methi - dhokra - various pickled items (staff stated these were repackaged from commercial jarred items) Any foods that are for personal use must be stored in the back area away from customers. Violation Score: 15 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: CORRECTION ORDER STILL IN EFFECT - Back area still requires cleaning Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize back area. Re-organize the back area so that all hand washing and warewashing sinks are easily accessible. Until then, repackaging of potentially hazardous foods is not permitted.
