Follow-up inspection to routine inspection conducted on January 8, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-B88RFS). The following observations were made:

- Ice machine is now in sanitary condition. Scoop is stored inside a food-grade container inside the machine. Ensure that the food-grade container is routinely cleaned and sanitized
- Facility was in the process of being mopped at beginning of inspection - good
- Thermometers and long spoons were cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. Remember that they are to be stored in ice
- Potentially hazardous food items were done for the day, and salad will be discarded as it was under time control. Ensure that you always put a time on the display cooler to indicate when the items were placed out on time control
