Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No food-contact surface sanitizer was readily available for use at start of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Operator prepared bleach solution at time of inpsection. 100 ppm chlorine residual detected.
Ensure sanitizer solution is always readily available for use during all hours of operation. Make sanitizer solution at the start of each day and change every 2-4 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back hand sink was missing soap.
Corrective Action(s): Operator supplied the sink with liquid soap at time of inspection. Ensure all designated hand washing stations are always equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

- Hand sink in front properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Walk-in cooler and pizza prep cooler measured at 4C or colder. Note: One small prep cooler not in use and not storing any food items - OK.
- Walk-in freezer measured at -18C or colder.
- Dishwasher achieved 100 ppm chlorine residual, detected at the dish surface after rinse cycle - good.
- Triple-sink maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Mop sink maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Dry storage area satisfactory
- Equipment noted to be in sanitary conditions at time of inspection.
- General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection.
- No mouse droppings were seen at time of inspection. Good - please continue with regular pest control visits and continue with regular cleaning efforts.
