Child care Kitchen:
-Foods are made in the main kitchen and served in the child care area. Foods are held for less than 2 hours.
-Refrigerator/freezer was at 3C/-17C.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels..

Church Kitchen:
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -24C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 77C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Facility serviced by professional pest control operator. Dead rodent (old) was found in a tin cat trap. Did not observe any other signs of pest infestation in the facility.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until September 26, 2027.
