-Chili added to the menu,Chili made at Lepps, frozen and stored in freezer on site. ensure chili is heated on the burner to 74C and then held in the crockpot above 60C
-all temps met health requirements
-ensure temp logs are maintained daily
-hand sink fully equipped
-bleach at 100ppm
-storage area has fridge and freezer
-submit updated menu and any changes to food for next year
