Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The handsink in the kitchen was blocked with a garbage can and a cart in the front and it was not accessible by staff
Corrective Action(s): Move the items from the front of the handsink and ensure that handsink is always easily accessible by staff and available for washing

Observation: Bottle labelled as DDBSA/lactic acid contained quat based sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Change the label to properly state what is in the bottle. Get the test strips to check the concentration of Ostra San (quats based) and ensure that concentration is checked on regular basis

- Routine inspection is conducted and following are observed:
- Handsink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - walk-in cooler, upright storage cooler, line/undercounter cooler are less than 4C
- Walk- freezer, upright storage freezer, two storage freezers in basement are all measured at less than -18C
- Hot holding units are greater than 60C
- Adequate temperature logs are maintained
- Dishwasher is measured dispensing 50ppm chlorine solution during final rinse cycle
- Food contact surface sanitizer is measured at 200ppm at the dispenser and in spray bottle
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted
- Foodsafe level 1 certified staff is present
- General sanitation is satisfactory
