Some cleaning has been completed as per the Correction Order. More cleaning required on walls and containers at the tempura station. Mouse droppings near dishwasher need to be cleaned. Some holes in the walls have been patched as per the Correction Order. Hole in the wall in the small room across from the dishwasher needs to be patched. Empty bottles and cans have been removed from the hallway as per the Correction Order. Hot water handle at the 2-compartment sink has not been repaired as per the Correction Order. Operator has asked for a one week extension. Pest Control records for September 2021 provided. Ensure pest control company services premises as needed. Follow advice provided by pest control company.
