Observations: -Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel -Low temperature dishwasher had 50ppm Chlorine at the plate level upon final rinse cycle -QUATS at 200ppm in spray bottles -All coolers at < 4°C. Thermometers inside. -All freezers at < -18°C. Thermometers inside. -Temperature records maintained daily -Hot-holding soup at > 60°C -Ice machine free of rust and/or mould -Ice cream scoop stored in water at > 60°C -No sign of pests observed -General sanitation is adequate. Just for lunch.
