Observation: Found cardboard boxes being used in the walk-in cooler and on shelves to store food items and containers, as well as on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): Remove cardboard from coolers, shelving and floor as it is not an easily washable product. May use cardboard boxes to store original product in dry storage (i.e. noodles, food container packages, etc)

- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- spray bottles had 200 ppm chlorine, wiping rags are placed into 200 ppm chlorine after use and are changed after each shift (lunch and dinner)
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 90 C at gauge and 75 C at plate, ensure final rinse gauge is at least 82 C before running a cycle.
- no signs of pest activity noted during inspection
