Business continues to sublease space from The Yoga Chef Restaurant. Owner of business not able to be present during inspection, spoke to operator on phone who stated that have been no changes to product list or recipes. Other observations: √ Walk in cooler ≤4°C used for fresh garlic storage √ Food up off floor ≥6” √ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel √ High temperature dishwasher used downstairs at Yoga Chef √ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory √ No signs of pest infestation noted No concerns at this time
