Handsinks were properly supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Refrigeration units (in the main kitchen and stock room) were at 4 degrees C or less.
Freezer temperatures (in the main kitchen and stock room) were satisfactory.
Hot-held food was at least 60 degrees C.
Food (e.g. chicken) is cooked to at least 165 degrees F internal temperature according to the Regional Manager.
200 ppm Quaternary ammonium compounds sanitizer was available in the sanitizer pail and from the dispenser.
Ware-washing sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. Three sink plugs were available.
Pest control program was in place on a weekly basis by Terminix Canada.
Regional Manager on shift held valid FOODSAFE Level 1 course training (expiration date: August 22, 2025).
A staff member on shift also held valid FOODSAFE Level 1 course training.
