-2-compartment sink installed in the bar area to facilitate handwashing and placement of dirty glassware for the Glasswasher there
-Glasswasher must be maintained >12.5ppm iodine sanitizer residual and an Iodine Test Kit is required for you to test it daily (similar to the dishwasher)
-additional sticky boards for flying insects used instead in dishpit area
-no pooling and storage of eggs observed
-ice machine clean with no foods stored there
-label plates have been removed from condiment preparation coolers
