- Holes on the wall in the dishwashing area (2 large holes) were sealed. - Ceiling panel above the dishwashing area is taken out to help with the air flow in the kitchen. Ceiling panel shall be put in place overnight. NOTE: Pest control professional had noted that there had been no active pest activity in the premises and pest control measures (traps) have been set up above the ceiling as a preventive measure. If any rodent activity (droppings, holes etc) is noted, all ceiling panels must be put in place at all times.
