-Follow-up inspection to January 19, 2022. -Service technician was on-site for both the dishwasher and the Quats sanitizer dispenser. -Quats sanitizer dispenser was repaired and was tested at 200ppm. -Coffee steaming attachments are sanitized with 200ppm Quats sanitizer after each use. -Chemical dishwasher was serviced by was not dispensing solution. Attempted to prime dishwasher and still no sanitizing solution. Manual warewashing is currently set-up using the 2-comartment sink. Bleach was at 100ppm. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
