Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CQRWB - All food now noted stored protected, with plastic wrap, and in food-grade containers. - Did not observe improper dispensers being used in bulk food. Dispensers with handles noted in used and stored in a manner that prevent potential contamination. - Floor below the dry shelvings, walk-in cooler and dishwasher area noted cleaned and in a sanitary condition. Please maintain this standard at all time. - Upright freezer noted defrosted. Thank you for correcting all cited violations. Please maintain the facility in this condition at all time.
