Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pearls for bubble tea made at 11am as per staff. Pearls not time stamped.
Corrective Action(s): Pearls discarded - inspection was approximately 3pm, well over the allotted 2 hours at room temperature.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1) Wiping cloths are not stored in sanitizer when not in use.
2) Staff do not know proper concentration for sanitizing in three compartment sink.
3) Old waffle from yesterday found in waffle press.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer when not in use.
2) Staff should be familiar with how to properly wash, rinse and sanitize. Use a 100-200ppm solution of chlorine (1 tbsp unscented household bleach for every 4L of water)
3) The waffle press must be properly washed, rinsed and sanitized every four hours.

Corrective Action(s): Products are HELD until evidence that "Kaye Bakes" is an approved facility. Products must not be given away, moved or sold from the facility. Pictures taken. Products HELD:
