Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer runs for a couple seconds before filling containers to ensure sanitizer is being dispensed not water.
Container was refilled with 200 ppm quat.

- Coolers were 4 C or colder except the 2 mentioned previously
- Freezers were - 18 C
- Hot holding was 60 C or hotter
- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 82 C at the gauge, and 72 C at the plate
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection.
- General sanitation is satisfactory, minor crumb accumulation in a couple drawers and behind cook line.
