Premises will be producing frozen fried rice, frozen fried noodles, raw frozen dumplings, frozen bean buns (raw dough).
Premises is granted approval to operate subject to:
1. Revising the Food Safety Plan as discussed and resubmit.
2. Submit as built drawings
3. Provide soap and paper towel dispensers at all hand washing stations (staff change room).
4. Dry storage room - seal any cracks between floor and wall joint. Seal baseboard to the wall and floor edges.
5. Provide a smooth finish to the floor around the gutter drain in the cooler.
6. Loading bay - install brushes around the metal floor plate.
7. Submit a list of cleaning chemicals once they are determined.
