Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar area tools (stirring spoon, muddler, bottle openers) stored in mixing tumbler. glass was found to have syrup build up inside and on tools
Corrective Action(s): Clean the bar tools and mixing tumbler. Ensure that all tools used for food preparation are cleaned and sanitized after use. .

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizer feed line was broken, sanitizer solution was not feeding into machine.
Corrective Action(s): Set up 1 compartment of the 2 compartment sink as a sanitizing sink for the time being. Operator has called a technician to service the machine today.
All dishware in the facility must be run through the low temperature dishwasher and sanitized manually in the 2 compartment sink as a temporary measure.
Test the dishwasher for sanitizer concentration on a daily basis.

Observation: 2 issues;
-grill area handsink missing liquid soap at the time of inspection
-kitchen area handsink does not dispense paper towel or dispenses too much paper towel.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the broken paper towel dispenser and have a different dispenser in place. due Jan 10

Observation: 2 mice noted in tin cat trap at the grill area handsink (1 live 1 dead). Operator called emergency service for the mice.
rodent droppings observed in the following areas;
-underneath the convection oven and on top of the electrical boxes around this area
-behind the grill area coolers (drawer type and prep type coolers)
-elevator room around the wall/floor joints
-floor in the staff belongings and change room
Corrective Action(s): Remove the droppings and clean and sanitize this area on a more frequent basis.
Operator MUST have an assessment of the facility conducted by a professionally pest control company. submit assessment report to area inspector.
