Follow up inspection: -A drain plug was purchased for the 2-compartment sink however it was not of the proper size to enable the sink to be filled with 100 ppm chlorines sanitizer. -Dishwashing sign was provided to the staff member. Make sure all food contact surfaces are washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried. Manager is going to use a clean wiping cloth as a "temporary drain plug" until they are able to obtain two adequately sized drain plugs for the 2-compartment sink. A follow up inspection will be conducted.
