Facility was not in use at the time of inspection. Premise in general is sanitary. Food protected from contamination. Food storage is sanitary. Hot and cold water available. Hand sinks in use with liquid soap, paper towels and running water. 2 compartment wash sink in use. 1 prep sink in use. Dishwasher final rinse at 71.0C or above at the plate as per min/max probe.This unit takes 2 cycles to warm up to required temperatures. Laundry is done on site with laundry machine with high setting and bleach. Quat sanitizer in use at 300 ppm in cloth buckets. Equipment in good working order. Kitchen counter cooler at 4C roots and vegetables, standup freezer at -25C spareribs, 2 door cooler at 2C mushrooms, prep cooler 2.3C mushroom stew, standup white cooler -11C dumplings, 3 door cooler -1C shrimp and dumplings, 2 door counter cooler below microwave 3C sticky rice.
