Glass washer - supplied with Iodine at 12.5ppm / ECO lad is a chemical supplier

Pest control will be required - in the bar section due to the fly issue/ ABELL is a certified company providing service
Also, used the bleach to rinse around any drain or contact surfaces
Quat used as approved sanitizer at 200ppm
For Bleach used 1oz per 1gal of water for contact surfaces
