- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers are maintained at less than 4C
- Freezers are measured at less than -18C
- No hot holding units were in use at the time of inspection
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottles is measured at 200ppm chlorine residual. All cleaning cloth are soaked in sanitizer solution maintained at 100ppm chlorine residual
NOTE: Ensure that you have separate
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Foodsafe is verified at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory

NOTE: The facility is not planning to open dine in. Discussed the provincial order to reduce seating to 50%. Social distancing measures are in place such as floor marking.
