Follow-up to the recent routine inspection: - Handwashing sinks adequately supplied throughout. - Professional pest control company contracted for a monthly visit. Report checked. - Holes have been filled/sealed. New door strip installed for the back door. - Food stored in pest proof containers. Sanitizers available in labelled spray bottles. It was apparent that the facility had gone through a major cleaning after the routine inspection. All items mentioned on the routine inspection reports have been corrected and are now in compliance. GOOD. NOTE: Facility has been approved to prepare and sell baked buns on site. The following to be submitted to the health inspector by this Friday. - List of items - Food Safety Plan for one of the cream buns and one of the savory buns. - Time tracking logs proposed and checked at this time. Currently all items are sold within 2 hours. OK. Ensure to keep the sanitation at this level at all times. Correction Order issued on April 5th has been rescinded.
