Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Blender blade observed soiled with strawberry yogurt and not cleaned after last customer.
Corrective Action(s): Blade was cleaned. Blender blade is to be cleaned after each use to prevent the growth of bacteria and prevent cross contamination.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several coloured in-use wiping cloths observed wet stored on counter in preparation area.
Corrective Action(s): In-use damp cloths were placed in container of QUAT sanitizer solution at 200 ppm. All damp in-use cloths are to be stored in a sanitizer solution to prevent the growth of bacteria. Damp cloths provide the perfect environment for bacteria to grow.

- Personal items kept in separate location from food
