Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine bleach sanitizing solution was not available at time of inspection (no detectable chlorine residual in the sanitizer bucket)
Corrective Action(s): Staff mixed a new sanitizer solution while on-site, however they used too much chlorine bleach to make the solution.
*Ensure to mix bleach and water at a ratio of 1 tsp per Litre of water to obtain the correct concentration for sanitizing (100-200ppm).
