Reviewed Daily Log sheets for unit and no corrective action was taken when fridge temperature was recorded at 10 deg C

-"Native" preparation area handsink -the hot water faucet has been turned off (threading not catching)
-Handsink in employee Women's washroom also has the hot water faucet turned off

ALL handwash sinks must have hot/cold water to adequately remove any oils/greases on hands

Observation: Some evidence of mouse droppings observed behind cooking line, a few on pantry shelf, lining the walls of processing areas and behind the dishwasher

Orkin Pest Control last report on April 27 also indicates mouse droppings and rodent activity

Did not observe food contamination or packaging alteration
Corrective Action(s): Check each morning for rodent activity before the start of the day
Clean and sanitize all areas where mouse droppings are observed

Maintain the foods in rodent proof containers with the lids on tight
