No change to facility or operations - Central handsink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold water. - Walk-in cooler (2C), prep cooler (4C), and mini staying cooler (4C) measured <4C - Walk-in freezer (-10C) and upright freezer (-20C) - Sanitizer solution measured 200 ppm QUATS out of the dispenser and spray bottles - 3 compartment sink stocked with sink plugs.
