Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Buns with meat(winers) that is labelled to keep refrigerated was stored at room temperature
Corrective Action(s): - Buns were moved to cooler at less than 4C. Any product with potentially hanzardous foods such as buns with meat must be kept refrigerated as instructed on the label.

- Handwash station in store area was supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Two compartment sink is available for warewashing
- Sanitizer solution at two compartment is measured at 200ppm quats solution
- All display coolers- vegatables, packaged items and in aisle cooler and walk-in cooler is measured at less than 4C
- All display freezer is measured at less than -18C
- Storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
