Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Stand-up coolers, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers, chest freezers measured at -18C or lower. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Bleach sanitizer spray measured at 200ppm chlorine. Stock bleach available. Canned food observed to be within best before date. Slurpee machine currently out of order. Overall, facility is well organized.
