Back production area looks clean. No signs of dirt tracking all over the floor. Good. Floor recently power washed. Thank you. Cooling unit less than 4 C. Minor fruit fly population around mop sink. Staff have chemical spray which is applied to all drains on daily basis. Recommend spray around perimeter of mop sink as added control. BBS Zap spray. Minor house fly population - sticky trap above mop sink to control ok. Directional fan to be added to front retail should help reduce incoming flies. No issues noted.
