Follow-up Inspection Conducted for report#JCHY-CMXT6G. All violations in report#JCHY-CMXT6G have been corrected: -Exhaust hood vent observed to be in sanitary condition. Ensure exhaust hood vents are cleaned on a weekly basis to prevent build-up of grease. -Underneath cookline, dry storage racks observed to be in sanitary condition. -Shelving unit racks in the walk-in cooler observed to be in sanitary condition. Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Ensure daily sanitation underneath hard to reach area and heavy equipment are conducted. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
