Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BBXU3W: - CORRECTION ORDER has been rescinded. - Rice dumpling with meat toppings no longer being stored at room temperature. - The operator has decided to discard the menu item. - Please note that in order to sell the rice dumpling with meat toppings, you will need to store inside hot holding at 60C or in cooler at < or = 4C. Time stamping is another option.
