- Temperature of freezers and coolers were adequate.
- Hand wash sink was equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Please ensure proper paper towels are used.
- Bleach solution was available for use.
** Discussed proper glove use: Gloves must be changed between working with dirty and clean dishes, after working with raw meats and any other time the glove contacts contamination. You must wash hands before putting new gloves on.
