-Walk-in cooler was at 3C. -Prep cooler was at 3C (top and bottom). -Chest freezer was at -15C. -Hot holding was greater than 60C. Foods are cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding. -Hot and cold holding temperatures checked and recorded daily. -Curry sauces are rapidly cooled with cold running water. Sauces made May 03 were at 3C -Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available. -Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottle and pail labelled and tested at 100ppm. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until March 31, 2024. *Operator may potentially jar curry sauces for sale off-site. If products are jarred, Health Approval must be granted by the Health Department prior to selling the product. Process for jarring sauces must be reviewed and approved by a processing authority.
