Follow up inspection: Chef on site today has updated his Food Safe Level 1 certification. Chef also previously took Food Safe Level 2. Other staff working in kitchen must have Food Safe Level 1 certification (at least one person per shift) and certificates must be updated if they were obtained more than 5 years ago. One person is updating next Tuesday - keep copies of Food Safe certificates on site. Temperature records for coolers and dishwasher chlorine levels are being kept. Quats sanitizer is automatically dispensed - provide test strips so staff can verify. Today quats is at 200ppm. Ensure that your Food Safety Plan and Sanitation plan are reviewed with all kitchen staff and are kept up to date. Keep copies in kitchen and available for review by staff. Hand washing sink is accessible today and liquid soap/paper towels are provided. Reviewed hand washing procedures.
