Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): During inspection Licensing reviewed staff files and noted one staff's ECE Certificate had not been verified.

Observation: During inspection Licensing reviewed staff files and noted on staff person's Criminal Record Approval letter is still expired.
This contravention was noted on Routine Inspection # KSEY-B6YPKX (Nov. 29/18) and was given a correction date of Jan. 29/19.
Staff stated they do not work alone with children.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff receive an up to date Criminal Record Approval letter.
