Comments

Routine check of coffee shop. This is a food store with pre-packaged cold beverages, snacks/ donuts from approved sources, and hot beverages from a hot beverage dispenser. Cooler temperature is at 4C (40F) or colder. Fridge is equipped with an accurate thermometer. Two compartment sink available. Hand washing sink has liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. See above re hot water. Hand sanitizer and non-latex disposable gloves also on site. Mugs, trays, tongs are washed and sanitized in the main kitchen dishwasher. Reviewed cleaning of counters and equipment. Premises is clean. No obvious signs of pests. This report will be emailed to be forwarded to facility manager.
