Routine inspection conducted and following are observed:
- All handsinks in front area, back prep area and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- Upright storage cooler, drinks cooler and two prep coolers are maintained at less than 4C.
- Two chest freezers are measured at -18C.
- Hot holding unit is greater than 60C.
- Sanitizer solution is available in bucket and spray bottles; concentration is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual.
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- FOODSAFE level 1 certified staff is present on site
- No evidence of pest activity, pes control measures are in place.
- General sanitation is satisfactory

NOTE: Walk in cooler and freezer have been installed as per approved plans but not turned on yet. Once the turned on ensure that walk-in cooler maintains a temperature of less than 4C and walk-in freezer is at less than -18C. Call for follow up inspection before you start to store any food in the units.
