All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. Recommend replacing domestic fridges with a larger commercial fridge as storage space is becoming an issue.
All freezers are -18 degrees C. or colder.
Temperature logs are being maintained.
Rice and miso in warmer is 60 degrees C. or hotter.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks.
Dishwasher final rinse reached 74 degrees C. at the plate surface.
