Everything else is low hazardous, prepackaged foods. - No expired foods for sale. Ensure to check expiration dates every day and immediately remove expired foods from retail shelves. - General sanitation level has improved, and less clutter. Focus on keeping food storage shelves clean and absent of dust and debris. - Pest monitoring system in place. Services are at least once a month for rodents. - All in order.
