2. Hole in wall by walk in cooler is still only partially covered.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Install weather stripping to prevent entrance of pests
2. Seal the entire hole to prevent the entrance of pest.

Observation: 1. Butchers block still sags in the middle
2. Wooden work surface in the middle by the rice makers is raw wood.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Have Butchers black resurfaced so it is flat and easily cleanable
2. Wood surface needs to be properly sealed so it is an easily washable surface. Paint so it is smooth, washable and durable or cover with a proper food grade counter top.
