302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): All food equipment and utensils that have gone through the dishwasher today has not been properly sanitized.

Correction: these items must be sanitized again by manually submerging in QUATS solution for at least 2 minutes, then leave to air dry.
> Since facility is take-out based and relies on single-use supplies to serve customers, staff may use discretion to sanitize equipment again once dishwasher has been serviced.
Corrective Action(s):
Violation Score: 5

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Back of the house handsink has hot+cold water and paper towels but no liquid soap. The automatic soap dispense is not working which was identified in the last routine inspection. Staff previously explained that minimal food prep occurs and that handwashing is done at the front handsink.
Corrective Action(s): All dedicated handsinks must be readily available for handwashing at all times. Place a pump-style soap dispenser by the sink to provide liquid soap.

Date to be corrected by: January 14, 2022.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
