General - handwashing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - run off water for bingsoo machine should not drain into handwashing station - sanitizer measured 100ppm in spray bottles; all wiping cloths must be stored in a bleach solution when in use - dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at final rinse cycle - barrier placed between bingsoo station and fried chicken station - set of cooler drawers used for tteok-boki toppings only - FOODSAFE Level 1 requirements met - good separation and labelling of foods - ensure that the buckets labelled "Canadian Tire" are the ones sold for food storage * Designate one cooler for all staff foods. One chest freezer in back area is off and used only for storing shelf stable snacks for staff.
