Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In-use utensils such as the rice scoop and coffee stir spoons were stored in ambient temperature water.
Corrective Action(s): All in-use utensils must be stored in ice water. Utensils and the container must be washed, rinsed and sanitized every four hours. Change ice water when murky.

- run off water for bingsoo machine should not drain into handwashing station
- sanitizer measured 100ppm in spray bottles; all wiping cloths must be stored in a bleach solution when in use
- dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at final rinse cycle
- barrier placed between bingsoo station and fried chicken station
- set of cooler drawers used for tteok-boki toppings only

- good separation and labelling of foods
- ensure that the buckets labelled "Canadian Tire" are the ones sold for food storage
